Do You Even Know Who Your Financial Advisor Is?

Video transcript:

Have you ever looked at your investment statement and thought… who is this person and why are they listed as my advisor?

I see this all the time. You opened the account years ago. You met with someone, signed some papers, felt good about it… and life moved on.

Kids, careers, sports tournaments — you weren’t staring at your statements every month. Meanwhile? Advisors change firms. Or they hire junior advisors to take over so they can retire. Or they get tired of all the crazy paperwork and leave the industry for a new job (haha).

And technically, you were probably notified. But let’s be honest — it was buried in fine print or an email you don’t even remember opening.

So now you’re thinking, “Why has no one called me? Who’s actually watching this money?”

If this is you, don't feel dumb for not realizing it - it happens more than you think.

But you do deserve to have a relationship with the person who’s managing your life savings.
